With Sedulo’s current expansion accelerating at a fast rate it is only to be expected that the team will be mirroring this success.

The acquisition of Leeds accountancy firm Bartfields instantly doubled Sedulo’s employees in a short space of time, and with that in mind, it appeared imperative that new roles would need to be acquired to support such growth.

Starting with the HR department, Head of People and Culture Sarah Wetherell sought out to find herself an additional team member, this coming in as newly appointed People Adviser, Jess Walton

Having worked at Sedulo for eighteen months as Financial Administrator Jess already had a firm grasp on how Sedulo operated as a company. This along with her interest to develop new skills and her great interpersonal qualities, she was more than perfectly placed as Sarah’s right-hand woman.

Not the only one to make a move, Veronica Mosby will also be making a swift change from Administrator to Front of House in our new Leeds office. Having previously worked in a range of customer-facing roles, Veronica is perfectly suited to be the warm welcome for Sedulo clients.

New IT Manager Liam Windsor Brown has also boarded the Sedulo ship and is set to keep the in-house systems sailing in the right direction.

The chance for employees to work across both Northern offices along with the introduction of completely new roles highlights the opportunities within the company as well as Sedulo’s dedication to investing in employees and encouraging them to reach their potential and personal goals.

This continued support of staff and the expansion is crucial for the team to progress together successfully and the centralised function growth is set to assist this seamlessly.
