Global fashion brand Forever Unique has been big on the womenswear scene for many a year now and with the fierce competition in Manchester and further afield, it is a testament to the brand to see their growth shining through on a global scale.

Launching the brand back in 2008 husband and wife, Seema and Sandeep Malhotra, have paved the way for affordable and accessible designer fashion. Starting off with just 10 statement designs, the duo has now developed the collection into a luxury collection offering over 200 pieces across the globe.

The success of the brand has opened further doors for Seema as she landed a role in The Real Housewives of Cheshire. This rapidly became another platform for her to showcase her own designs to the world. Complimenting each other in the business world has allowed Seema to run free with her design skills and Sandeep to manage the behind the scenes logistics of the company. Working side-by-side has enabled them to build the brand into an internationally acclaimed name and though the triumphs are clear to see now, it was a long journey for the renowned couple.

Starting the adventure running around in a white van was where it all began and it was after five years of hard work, knock backs and learning how to master the market and wholesale trade that lead to the decision to branch out with their own brand.

Speaking on the Taking Care of Business Podcast, Co-Founder Seema Malhotra commented:

“It’s been the hardest three or four years. I think what’s kept me going is that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I just know we are going to get there”

These days the challenges are still apparent but outweighed by the triumphs that Forever Unique are experiencing as a brand. The glamourous designs are now being sported by well know celebrity faces, including the Real Housewives of Cheshire cast, influencers and TV presenters, and this, along with the growth of their in-house team and global awareness is showing great signs for the future.

Speaking on what’s to come 2019, Co-Founder, Sandeep Malhotra, commented:

“This is still just the start of the journey. Predictions are great for 2019 but it’s still just the start. We’ve got the foundations and the team right and we should hit a lot higher than predictions. Rather than peaks at particular times in the year, we want to get this on a monthly basis.”
