Amit is Transaction Services Director in Sedulo’s Deal Advisory team, with over 12 years of global Big Four transactions experience across the UK, Singapore, and India.
Amit specialises in Deal advisory with a primary focus on Transaction Services, including acquisition due diligence, vendor due diligence / vendor assistance, cross border transactions, and bid-support including advisory around SPA, NWC and post-deal support. Amit joined Sedulo from a senior role at PWC UK.
Amit’s sector experience includes Healthcare, Tech & Media, Business services, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy and Airport Infrastructure.
Amit has advised and worked with leading Private Equity Funds and Sovereign Wealth funds, including Novo Holdings, Oakley Capital, Macquarie Capital, KKR, Temasek, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, and strategic Corporates including Alliance Medical (UK), IMServ (UK), Norma (Germany), Sojitz (Japan).
Noteworthy transactions Amit has advised on include large deal in the UK for a stake sale of Alliance Medical Group to iCON fund for £910m, potential investment by a European Fund in a UK-based SaaS software provider, healthcare deals for KKR and renewable energy deal for Macquarie Capital.
