Peace is our Head of Strategy in Manchester, and works with some of our highest flying brands and businesses across retail, construction and sport.

Peace describes her work ethic as her superpower. She started university at 16 and balanced her studies with a full time job, which she believes has helped to shape the work ethic she has today.

Her years of professional experience have been spent working in industries such as retail, construction and sport, but Peace says what really matters is how much she cares about a client’s business and goals. In her own words, “Once I’m locked in, you’ll find it hard to get rid of me as I’m as invested as you are in achieving your goals and I’ll be there to help you along that journey.”

When she’s not working you can find Peace training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hitting the gym, working on her start-up, or traveling. Her favourite destination so far is Mykonos and she loves to cook (and eat) food.

If there’s a dance floor, you’ll find her on it (usually first), and she has a penchant for listening to and watching crime documentaries.
