As a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, Sarah has advised UK and International companies, from start-ups through to larger listed and private equity groups, working across a range of industries.

Sarah has over 16 years of experience in the tax profession within the Big Four (EY & Deloitte), Banking (AIB) and Industry (Daily Mail, General Trust plc & Collinson Group). Sarah joined The Sedulo Group in November 2022 and heads up the Tax Function across all four UK offices (London, Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds) and is predominantly based in the London office.

Sarah enjoys building client relationships and dealing with the bespoke tax issues encountered by clients. This means the work she advises on is wide-ranging and involves dealing with Restructuring, International Tax, Partnerships, Transfer Pricing, Tax Risk Management & Governance, Capital Allowances, Enterprise Investment Schemes, Enterprise Management Incentive Schemes and Tax Compliance.
