To bring positive change to the communities we work in, we are committed to creating our own direct interventions and bringing tangible change to those who need it most.

The Sedulo Foundation is the result of years of working with our local communities to alleviate the devastating effect of poverty on children and young people across London and the north of England. We work with regional charities and youth organisations to identify where and how we can make positive change for young people and utilise their delivery mechanisms to maximise our impact.

From festivals and away-days to themed-occasions and our annual Christmas trip abroad, we recognise the hard work each member of our team puts in by creating an enjoyable place for our team to socialise with each other, as well as a culture to be proud of.

Developing the future leadersof Sedulo

As well as internal training, we give our team the opportunities to learn directly from some of the world’s highest achievers from all walks of life in areas such as mindset, self-awareness, physical health, mental health, nutrition and reflection.

Every month, we welcome into our workplace high-profile names from the worlds of business and sport to talk with our team and share their personal experiences in these areas and show how to harness them for growth and success. To date, we have welcomed Gary Neville, Eddie Hearn, Steven Gerrard, Sugar Ray Leonard, Alistair Campbell, Karren Brady, Levi Roots and Green & Black’s co-founder, Jo Fairley, amongst others.
