We’ve launched our official learning and development initiative, Sedulo Academy!
The Academy is made up of several key areas that our team are entitled to access and can benefit from, providing a clear learning and development pathway for them to follow during their careers.
A buddy scheme and corporate induction is the first port of call for new team members, ensuring they hit the ground running and are integrated into their new environment.
Following that, a dedicated resource hub consisting of online support, on-the-job learning and soft skills development. We’re also committed to providing professional learning opportunities, enabling our team to reach their full potential and gain industry-recognised qualifications in their chosen field.
Another key part of the Academy is the Sedulo Accelerator Scheme, a two-year leadership development programme designed to equip the future leaders of Sedulo with the skills, knowledge and experience to grow and develop their careers. Training isn’t just limited to professional skills, with mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing initiatives also being made available.
