Sedulo advise office supplier Egan Reid on their 3rd acquisition

Corporate Finance Partner, Benn Longshaw is delighted to have advised Egan Reid on the acquisition of the stationery and furniture business from Bridson and Horrox for an undisclosed amount.

Bridson and Horrox is the largest supplier of stationery and office equipment on the Isle of Man, with history dating back over 80 years.

Benn was involved in the negotiations and helped structure the deal before he and his team completed the deal on behalf of the company. Legal advice was provided to the company by legal firm Brabners.

Martin Reid, joint managing director of Egan Reid, says:

Bridson & Horrox is a great acquisition for the Egan Reid group strengthening our foothold in the North West. The merging of two long established companies brings many synergies together whilst maintaining high customer service levels.

Now having warehousing and distribution facilities on the Island allows us to offer a better service to our existing customer base on the Island
