Strengthening our tax leadership with Corporate Tax Director appointment, Ben Vaux

We’re excited to welcome Ben Vaux as our new Corporate Tax Director, based in our Leeds office.

Ben joins us with an incredible track record, having spent 12 years at PwC and 7 years at Grant Thornton, where he advised a wide variety of large and mid-size businesses – from owner-managed and private equity-backed companies through to listed groups.

With his wealth of experience in highly bespoke tax planning, acquisitions, restructuring and cross-border transactions, Ben will work alongside our Head of Tax, Sarah Richards, to lead our Corporate Tax team across the North.

Our Leeds office currently has 40 advisors and revenues of circa £5m. It offers services in Audit, Accountancy, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Wealth Planning, Tax Advisory, Funding, and Tax Allowances, Incentives and Reliefs.

This appointment follows the recent arrival of Ross Preston as Head of Audit – North, and continues the strategy of investing in exceptional people who share a vision of supporting businesses and communities with future-proof solutions.
