Ben leads our Corporate Tax team across the North, following senior roles at PwC and Grant Thornton, where he spent 12 and 7 years respectively providing tax services to a wide range of businesses.

His experience covers large and mid-size organisations, including owner-managed companies, private equity-backed businesses and listed groups.

Based in Sedulo’s Leeds office, Ben works across the North providing businesses with specialist bespoke tax planning, with particular expertise in acquisitions, restructuring projects and cross-border transactions.

Ben has a strong track record of helping businesses navigate the technical and commercial challenges of corporate tax, delivering clear, practical advice tailored to each client’s needs.
