Carly is our Corporate Tax Partner based in our London office, bringing over 20 years of experience advising entrepreneurial businesses and privately owned groups on complex tax matters.

An ACA and CTA qualified adviser, having trained and qualified at a Big 4 firm, Carly specialises in providing corporate advisory and transactions tax advice to owner-managed businesses. She has significant experience advising on corporate reorganisations, MBOs, acquisitions and disposals, due diligence, shareholder taxation, succession planning and all types of share schemes, including EMI. Carly works closely with business owners to structure transactions efficiently, protect value and support long-term growth and exit strategies.

Prior to joining Sedulo, she held a senior leadership role within a growing entrepreneurial practice, where she was appointed as the firm’s first Tax Partner. She successfully scaled the tax function, driving revenue growth, expanding advisory capability and developing high-performing teams.

Carly combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial focus and is passionate about building trusted relationships to deliver seamless, high-quality outcomes for clients.
