People & Culture AdvisorSophie is in our People & Culture team, spending her days creating a world-class environment for our team to work and develop.
Sophie is responsible for welcoming all new Sedulo team members and giving them everything they need to hit the ground running. She also sits on our internal D&I committee – working on all of our inclusivity initiatives – and supports our department heads with recruiting for their teams.
She holds a Level 7 CIPD qualification and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Salford.
