IT Operations ManagerSteve has been part of Sedulo’s IT team for over six years, starting his career with the company and growing into the role of IT Operations Manager. He oversees the day-to-day running of IT systems across all five Sedulo offices and the Azure cloud environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly so the wider team can focus on their work.
With Microsoft certifications in networking and Azure, Steve brings a solid mix of technical know-how and practical experience. He handles everything from 2nd and 3rd line support to project delivery, supplier management, and out-of-hours maintenance. Most recently, he led the successful project to achieve Cyber Essentials Plus certification, strengthening Sedulo’s cybersecurity posture.
