The deal supports next phase of growth for leading North West fit-out and construction firm with strong footprint across healthcare and education.
Sedulo Corporate Finance has advised the shareholders of E&A Holdings Limited and D&G Builders and Joiners Limited (“D&G”) on the full sale of the business to Birch Faraday Capital Ltd.
Based in the North West, D&G is a highly respected fit-out and construction firm delivering projects across healthcare, education, commercial construction and maintenance, with project values of up to £5 million. Backed by an experienced head-office team and skilled site staff, the business has built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and long-standing client relationships.
D&G plays a vital role in the region’s construction sector, particularly across NHS trusts, where it supports essential capital projects and estate improvements. The transaction enables the business to enter its next phase of growth with the backing of Birch Faraday Capital, while preserving the culture and operational excellence that clients rely on.
As part of the deal, previous owners Emma Turner, Andrew Ormerod and Robert Eaves will continue to lead the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring continuity for customers, partners and staff. Both parties are aligned in their ambition to build on D&G’s existing strengths and scale its presence across healthcare, education and commercial markets.
