Toronto Wolfpack face off against London Broncos on Sunday 7th October in a match dubbed the ‘Million Pound Game’ – with the winners taking the final Super League spot for the next season.

London Broncos are looking to return to Rugby League’s top flight for the first time since 2014, but it is the Wolfpack’s meteoric rise up the rankings since their 2016 inception that is grabbing the headlines.

Having dominated both the Championship and League One divisions in just two seasons, the Canadian club are now 80 minutes away from completing their ascension to the Super League. The ‘Million Pound Game’ moniker has been attached to the fixture as it is the mooted funding figure available to clubs in rugby league’s top-flight.

The Wolfpack have been drumming up support amongst their cult following in the build-up to Sunday’s promotion decider (see the match preview here), so may the best team win!
