He advises on a comprehensive range of mortgage and lending solutions, spanning residential and buy-to-let mortgages, remortgaging, HMOs, SPV and limited company structures, bridging finance, self-build projects, property renovation, and expatriate lending. Benjamin is particularly experienced in navigating complex cases, working closely with clients and lenders to structure solutions where standard approaches may fall short.
He also supports UK nationals living overseas, including in the UAE, with remortgaging, restructuring existing borrowing, and releasing capital from UK property portfolios.
Holding the CeMAP qualification, the industry benchmark for mortgage professionals, Benjamin combines technical expertise with a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset. He works with a diverse client base, from first-time buyers to experienced investors and business owners, providing clear, tailored advice aligned to their broader financial and commercial objectives.
