Dean is a Commercial Finance Director at Sedulo, specialising in Debt Advisory and delivering strategic funding solutions to ambitious businesses, entrepreneurs and investors.

He brings extensive experience across both banking and intermediary markets, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the commercial finance landscape. Dean works closely with clients to structure funding in a way that supports sustainable growth, providing tailored solutions across cashflow finance, asset finance, invoice finance and property finance.

Before joining Sedulo, Dean was Commercial Director at a UK brokerage, where he built and scaled the commercial division, achieving record financial performance in its 15-year history. He has a strong track record of developing high-performing teams and driving commercial success.

At Sedulo, Dean plays a key role in the continued growth of the Specialist Debt Advisory offering. Working within an integrated advisory environment, he collaborates with colleagues across Corporate Finance, Tax, Accounting and Deal Advisory to deliver joined-up, commercially focused solutions aligned with clients’ wider strategic objectives.

He is also supporting the expansion of cross-border funding capabilities, helping clients access opportunities across the UK and international markets.
