Mel Tough
Head of OperationsMel is based in Liverpool but serves as the Head of Operations for the entire Sedulo Group, ensuring our offices and teams run smoothly across all locations.
She also leads our Company Secretarial and Administration functions, supporting day-to-day operations throughout the business. Mel’s role is broad and fast-paced — just the way she likes it. Known for her can-do attitude, if you ask her a question and she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll make it her mission to find out.
Mel is part of the Sedulo Accelerator Scheme, a high-performance programme designed to develop the next generation of Sedulo leaders.
Before joining Sedulo, she spent 10 years as a Billing Manager at Gladstone Brookes and previously served for 12 years in the Royal Navy as a Leading Wren Writer. Her background brings discipline, resilience, and a strong operational mindset to the team.
