His remit spans risk management, technology leadership & development, AI adoption strategy and corporate governance. Brought together for the first time under a single brief to help the group meet its targets and continue its rise up the rankings of financial consulting businesses.
He brings a career spanning technology entrepreneurship, financial services, software and M&A advisory work. He has founded and led technology businesses, held senior roles in the private wealth and retail banking software sectors, and previously co-founded a military charity where he served as CFO for four years, an experience that sharpened his instinct for governance and financial leadership across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
