With a background in Materials Science and Engineering (MEng Hons), he combines deep technical expertise with a commercial mindset to guide companies through complex R&D and innovation funding landscapes.
Said has worked with a broad spectrum of clients—from FTSE 100 and 250 businesses to fast-growth tech start-ups—helping them secure strategic funding and maximise innovation incentives. His specialist focus lies within materials, manufacturing, and the fast-evolving technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sectors, where his insights have supported several ventures on their journey to unicorn status.
Recognised as one of the Lord Mayor’s City of London Leaders of Tomorrow in 2019, Said continues to champion innovation-driven growth and the role of incentives in fuelling business transformation.
