Sean Gardner
Corporate Finance ManagerSean Gardner is a Corporate Finance Manager at Sedulo, advising business owners, management teams and SMEs on acquisitions, funding and business sales.
Based in the Liverpool office, Sean works with businesses across the Liverpool City Region and beyond, supporting clients at all stages of growth. He has experience advising on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, including company acquisitions, management buy-outs, private equity-backed deals and strategic planning assignments.
Sean qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant at KPMG, where he spent just over 3 years in audit, before moving into corporate finance at a Liverpool-based professional services firm. He also gained valuable commercial experience working in industry as an FP&A Manager at The Delivery Group.
He holds a BSc in Mathematics & Economics from the University of Liverpool and was selected for the first cohort of Professional Liverpool’s Lead Here programme in 2023. Sean joined Sedulo in January 2026 following a year travelling across Australia and Asia.
