Tom Bowker is an experienced R&D Tax specialist with a (BSc Hons) in Computer Network Technology. With a strong foundation and successful history in working with both commercial and technical domains, Tom has developed deep expertise in identifying, qualifying, and evidencing R&D activities for a broad range of industries over the past 6+ years.

Currently serving as an R&D Tax Manager at Sedulo, Tom oversees an expert team of specialists, and spearheads the delivery of robust R&D tax relief claims in the software space, ensuring compliance with HMRC’s guidelines whilst maximising reliefs. His previous roles at other leading global R&D firms have equipped him with a solid understanding of the tax technical uncertainties businesses face and the methodologies used to resolve them. His ability to bridge technical and financial insights enables him to accurately translate complex projects into compelling R&D Tax claim deliverables.
